I think this comes in ToDoist basic now, they changed what the tier offers since I started using it. If you want more granularity in searching/sorting, use filters and the custom sort. I would usually put a task like "Study for MT1" with priority 1 in that section. For example Aerospace Club and School are their own top level projects. Have clubs or other activities be their own separate top level projects. submit transcript request or whatever, you can put that directly under the School project. If you have any non class specific tasks, i.e. I just put the homeworks/assignments for each class in that section.

After the sections update I swapped to using sections inside of sub projects so you can see all of your classes at once. What I used to do is a Project called School and then each class was its sub project.
